  We re-upholstered (6) chairs and couch pillows in both leather and fabric, the quality of work is excellent and SCOTT was the key to our great experience with ARROW UPHOLSTERY. We called another fabric and upholstery company, there was NO comparison from the first phone call. SCOTT also constructed a leather board surrounding our master bed, replacing the skirt....thank GOD. We then asked him to design some window coverings as well as a master bed comforter. SCOTT responds to calls and texts immediately 24/7 and obviously knows what he is doing. The whole experience was 1st class and we wished we had more to reupholster with Scott, he is very personable and a pleasure to work with. Our Shiba-Inu fell for Scott, but we couldn't convince him to adopt our dog. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

  The chairs we upholstered in leather flaked off and looked terrible within the year. Cheap! I paid thousands of dollars! Not worth it-low quality materials. Wish I could upload a photo.

  Wow! Scott did an amazing job. Our open concept home is a joy. However, we wanted to cut down on the echo and have our family room mimic a media room. Scott hit the mark! He was courteous and made the experience an absolute joy. He helped guide us and we are ecastatic with the results!!!

  We recently had our leather sofa reupholstered by Arrow. It is beautifulScott was polite and eager to please. Maybe a little pricey, but ‘you get what you pay for’. We plan to use them again in the near future!!!

  We recently moved to the area, and needed drapes and blinds for our new home. We saw the ad for Arrow on television and gave them a call. The next morning a young man named Chris arrived and spent quite a while with us discussing the best options for our home. He was very knowledgeable about the different fabrics and treatments, and most importantly, he was patient with us as we discussed our options. 6 weeks later, our drapes and blinds arrived and we are nothing but pleased. We have gotten several compliments on our treatments and are very pleased with the quality and service we received from Arrow Upholstery. We will most certainly use Arrow again for our future needs.
