On the other hand he was super nice and offered me a price cheaper than ANYONE IN SAN ANTONIO, so I will be going back with an OEM key to get the work done :) $95 to cut and program keys if you BYO

The key would only go half way in and I had stuff locked in the bag that I needed to get out. Arrow was the first place that told me they would be happy to take a look at it if I brought it in. They managed to get my bag open, and figure out that the problem was not the lock, but the bag. I have since put in for a replacement from the manufactorer as the bag and bike were less than a week old! I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to figure out the situation. I highly recommend Arrow Key Service for any locksmithing needs!
