Geez what a bad decision.

We signed up with a routine service program and we couldn't be happier. We recently moved and they transfer service, came out and treated our new place and most recently Cris came out and did our routine treatment, today. His communication about when he was going to be here was on point. He was very pleasant to talk too and he was very thorough with his work. Look forward to working with him and Aptive in the future. Thank you again.

Once he was finished, we received a text message with photos to confirm he had completed the service. He did a great job, however, I wish there was one technician assigned to our account so it wouldn’t be someone different every time.
