- AEAlma Espino5 days ago1.0I don't even want to give this location one star. The so called delivery team is awful!! I called last Thursday night to set up a return (returning a TV) and they promised to come and pick up Tuesday night. They never showed up or even called to apologize for the inconvenience of making me wait for them. Then when I called the manager he offered to come to send someone when I got home the next day. When I called he said it was too late but he could arrange today, Friday. I did call and he said he would send someone; however, the delivery guy never knocked on my door. He came and left a sign in my fence saying that "Aaron missed us. Please call the De Zavala location". I ended up taking the TV back on my own and the manager ended up defending his delivery guy. He was definitely not empathetic at all. He said a cold "I am sorry I don't know what happened with the delivery guy." Such a horrible customer service. I definitely will not make another purchase/rental from this location. Avoid if possible.

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
