I would recommend talking to Carlos. He will help you out right away. And not make you feel pressured to buy anything. And he'll tell you the straight up. Truth would recommend coming back here for future purchases.

Don’t ever go here my cousin went and they had got a bed by itself and they were gonna charge them almost $200/ a month so my cousin ended changing their mind and calling to cancel the order and get their money back and the girl Tori was nice at first and told her she had to wait Until the manager called her which could’ve took who know how long so she ended up going into the store and Tori started being very rude to the point she kept questioning why my cousin and her husband wanted to cancel the order and they just said it was too much just for a bed with no dressers or anything she kept saying “what is the issue” and “they knew what they signed” so my cousin mom was with her told the sales associate she didn’t have to be rude and she told them to get the hell out of her store and my cousin mom said shes gonna call her manager and let them know how she’s acting and how’s she being rude and questioning why are they canceling their order and the sales associate Tori told my cousin mom they can whoever they want that they won’t do anything to her so my cousin ended up going to a different Location and got the same price for a whole bedroom set with the bed and 4 dressers

We’ve been loyal Aaron’s customers for years and never had a problem...until this location. We went in to look at a couch set marked $159/month and a recliner at $46/month. That should come out to under $250/month, even with tax. Instead, we were quoted over $300/month because of “required” add-ons despite staff calling them optional. When we questioned the numbers, the associate left to make calls/texts and returned saying we were getting a “manager’s discount,” bringing the price down to $279/month. But somehow, with the “required” deposits, the payment jumped to nearly $400/month. That doesn’t add up. On top of that, the paperwork claimed the used couches were in “excellent condition” even though one arm had a large rip. When we asked about the Aaron’s program that supposedly covers repairs, the associate first acted confused, then later tried to sell us that same program. In the past, we’ve had Aaron’s send someone just to shampoo a couch, customer service has always been great. This experience, however, felt completely off and sketchy, like they were trying to pad their commission because we showed interest in the couch. It even got to the point where the associate tried hiding the price tag once we started asking about all the discrepancies. Very disappointing compared to the excellent service we’ve always known from Aaron’s. I would also add with the quote, its not even the address of the store we were at, but the one that she came from.
