    Usually super friendly staff here but today had a very different experience. My daughter and I went looking to buy a few large area rugs, pressed the “need assistance” button because I couldn’t locate the correct rug size and the customer service member that came was incredibly condescending and unhelpful. The rugs are in multiple rows and walls which can be a bit confusing, I just wanted to be pointed in the right direction, but the man that came to “help” rudely told us to “go to that wall” and pointed in the direction where there were about 5 different rows and walls of rugs, and then walked off. Maybe don’t send your obviously unhappy: worst customer service member out on the floor. We ended up leaving to shop elsewhere after that unpleasant interaction. Even my 11 year old was off put by his attitude. Did not feel like spending a good amount of money there anymore. (Customer service member was white male, maybe in his late 50’s, glasses and thin blonde hair)

    They have lots of stuff here at good prices. Unfortunately, a lot of it is cheaply made in Cambodia. But it's a big store with everything to furnish a home. I was looking for floor lamps and they had more selection and lower prices than other big box stores.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
