This is my initial review for this company, but the second time I have signed up with them. I decided to try them again because the sales consultant was very polite, professional, understanding and considerate. She listened to my concerns about my past issues, addressed them all and I felt reassured. I rated them 4 stars because there was some mix up on the scheduling of my initial treatment, however, when I contacted the sales consultant, she was able to get it fixed.
James the servicing tech came, he too was very polite and professional. He walked around the property with me and explained what he was going to do, he targeted all the areas I was concerned about, and sent photos indicating the treated areas after.
Again, this is my second time with this company. My hope is that there are no more scheduling conflicts, and I can give a 5 rating in the future.

We are very pleased with Tyler, the employee who has been coming to our house for the last year, we are not completely pleased with the company itself. They schedule service appointments without talking to the customer first. For working folks with pets at home it is not a simple task to just make arrangements and accommodate those appointments. The majority of the appointments I have to reschedule which takes unnecessary time. Due to a new scheduling system the have they could not make the last appointments during the time frame they were scheduled. We had to take leave on two days (5 hours each day during times they provided) and they still did not make it during those times. If Aptive would allow the customer to schedule their own appointment and then show up during that time I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately the scheduling has been causing a lot of issues. Additionally we are taking unnecessary time off from work when paid leave is hard to come by. It might be time to look for a new pest control company.

Going downhill fast. First, they got rid of my account manager (layoff) and replaced with online service tool. Then, they got rid of the online service tool and replaced with an overseas call center (India) which is very slow and user-unfriendly compared to the first 2 methods. I used to get email/text notifications about 1-2 weeks before a service visit, now techs are calling me 8am the day of. I've been with Aptive for 5+ years and they used to have great customer service and very competitive pricing. Now customer service has been completely gutted and double-digit percent pricing hikes are the norm. I no longer see the value proposition of this company and will look at switching providers. Sometimes the only way to get a positive customer experience is being another company's new customer as opposed to a current company's long-time, loyal customer. So annoying!
EDIT: How does a PEST CONTROL service have 5,000+ reviews??? 100+ 5-star reviews in a single month?? So FAKE!!
