Sabian..thank you so much for your help..kindness and humor. For your help with our new love seat. Your both awesome at helping and making sure I knew what I was doing filling out the application. God bless you both..we're so excited about getting our reclining loveseat tomorrow ❤️ 🙏A big big thank you to Byran who delivered our new couch..he was awesome.     I don't appreciate the harassment. They come to your house everyday to collect a payment even when you tell them when you will pay it. They call constantly and continue to harass. Pick it up. Good Bye!

    Sabien, the next time a renter tells you to pick up your stuff that they don’t want anymore because they can’t afford your prices, after the first time you should probably STOP HARASSING them for a payment after 3x of them telling you to set it up for pick up. Every day bright and early sending your guy with a complex problem to bang on my door was just great and him thinking he was gonna convince us he was going to haul an 86 in tv and washer dryer set alone, while once more asking if we were going to make a payment and keep the items, was just hilarious. I guess after the husband gets involved you take the pick up request seriously. Never doing business with this company again after this experience. I’ll just head over to rent a center who treat women with respect, and will actually work with them during harder times. Thanks.

    I have had Aaron's for 5 years never had any problems at all I put them on Ez pay and that is it. Products never gone bad or anything like that.

    I will never do business again with this company; it's been one thing after another. At first, there were delays in my delivery because they were holding damaged inventory. When the delivery finally came, it wasn't complete because of the damage, delay, or whatever reason I was given at the time. A week later, the delivery guys came and set up my dresser and mirror, despite the obvious water damage AND they screwed the mirror on crooked and tried to leave in a rush as if I wouldn't notice. In addition, when they brought in the second set of furniture, they caused damage to the other furniture they brought in the week prior and then tried to deny it. The furniture is made of a shiny black material so the huge dent they made was extremely obvious, as was the water damage on the mirror/dresser set. I was furious, being that I'm a single mother, working full time, and a full time student with little time to go through this whole process over again, in order to have decent furniture. On the way out, the delivery guy apologized as we told me how often they have these types of issues and how cheap the furniture was, which is why it damaged so easily. I was given a whopping 15% discount for all of this crap and took it because I just don't have the time to do the shopping all over again. I just got off the phone with them and was charged $125 for being 9 days after same day as cash timeframe which contradicts the information I was given a couple weeks ago. Congratulations Aarons!! You guys got your 15% back plus some!! So San Antonio, if your looking for overpriced, cheap, damaged furniture, shop at Aarons!!!
