I bought a riding lawn mower and expected to pick it up that day. I ended up waiting 3 days for them to "assemble" it. I had called to check up on it and all they told me was that they only have 1 guy that assembles them and that he only shows up 2 days out of the week. Finally when I show up to pick it up, they just gave me one of the mowers thats been sitting outside for who knows how long.. there was no waiting for assembly..

Terrible experience! But nothing out of the ordinary for this store. Lumber Dept is trashy, some piles are in bad disarray.,, didn’t have any 12ft 1x2s for furring strips-no paint ( spray). Going to Home Depot

I went to Lowes today twice to buy fencing. There was a 20% off sign in front of the fencing & some rang up correctly & some didn't. The cashier at noon corrected it honored the sign upon returning after unloading the ASM Derrick informed me that he would not be honoring the discount. And was very rude when he said it Lowes is NOT LIKE THAT especially to veteran he should be demoted or reassigned because obviously he doesn't know how to treat customers or honor signage. HE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DONT ASK HIM FOR HELP HE WILL JUST SMUGGLY GRIN & SAY NO!
