All of the lights were on but no one answered the phone or door. After sitting for a few minutes, an employee arrived. He stayed in his car until I got tired of waiting and began to drive off. I have called the number on your website and door with no answer. One call did get a female to answer but as soon as I said hello, she hung up. The employee who showed up wouldn't answer the phone or even open the door to tell me anything, very rude! I have called four times today and no answer. You have lost a customer forever and I hope you fire the lazy employee who refused to work. Here is the list of things I was there to purchase so you can do the math as to how much he just lost you. 25' vacuum hose, a robot vacuum,a entire sand filter system and chemicals.
