Literally have had so many order delays last one job was delayed over a week and a half Due to half of the material being delivered in the other half not being then when they finally delivered, they were still missing half of the half then they finally delivered that three days later now most recent one ordered same-day delivery. I’m on the sixth day of waiting and the only option is to cancel the entire order and wait another day for them to deliver it. I’m like what this is crazy. Lowe’s Massive thumbs down

My company spends a considerable amount of money at this store monthly. Went in to exchange a water pump that was a month old. Was treated like a second class citizen. Basically run out of the store. Told I would need to take it up with the manufacturer. Called customer service, they confirmed it had a 90 day replacement. The called the store and told the manager. Returned and was told it probably would not work. Scanned the item, inserted my credit card and I had a refund. Wow!!!!

My Mother In Law purchased a brand new washer and dryer. Didn’t work after the first load, called and explained the situation.Blamed the manufacturer and made her call then to fix. Faulty mother board. No customer service! Lowe’s is definitely going down hill for sure!!! Don’t buy any appliances here. Pay a little more and get better service. Definitely not worth the headache and aggravation!! Store manager never even got back to us. Terrible customer service!

Don’t even want to give them one star as I will never step foot in Lowe’s again after being lied to. When trying to get things right, I experienced a very rude store manager that refused to come and talk to me when I asked to speak to her! What is even worse is the general manager Hailey Valenzuela refused to come speak to me as well. Needless to say, I lost $200.00 worth of groceries from trying to get things handled all day long with this store. They have horrible customer service and don’t even care. I could not believe I was treated that way over something that was the store’s fault. Never fear though because their competitor Home Depot came through for me with great customer service when I went to them in tears from what just happened at Lowes. They got me the same refrigerator I was going to get at Lowes for even less!! I have been a very loyal customer to Lowe’s buying many appliances and other things from them but will no longer give them any business. Buyers beware! Don’t take their word that they have appliances in stock and don’t trust the delivery dates either!! Just be aware too that the number the “owner” responds with doesn’t do any good to help with getting a complaint filed or taken care of! All the way around poor customer service with caring at all is all you are going to get!
