    FRAUD ALERT! MERCHANDISE MIS-PRICED-CHECK YOUR SALES TIX. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM! I purchased some blinds expecting to pay $13.**. I checked out in the garden center and my ticket seemed higher than anticipated. I was charged $21.09 for the blinds. I go back to the bin that I retrieved the blinds from & it does show $13.48, that I thought! I snapped a photo & took my purchase to the return desk & explained to the clerk that I was overcharged for the blinds. The clerk allowed me to return the blinds for a full refund, since I was not okay with paying $21.09 for the blinds that were represented to be $13.48. I was taught in marketing class that this is misrepresentation. I showed the clerk the photo of the sign and she said, “Yeah, looks like those are ALL in the wrong place.” with an (NOT MY JOB, WHATEVER) attitude! I used my valuable time looking for an acceptable blind in an acceptable size for what I THOUGHT was an acceptable price and backtrack to make sure I didn’t read the sign wrong, then I am further inconvenienced by going to the return desk and totally disregarded by the clerk. NOT GOOD LOWE’s-SAN ANGELO, TX! I WON’T BE BACK!

    Although we had issues for the last 2 days that were caused mistakenly by an employee at Lowe’s. Management did an amazing job and made our situation right and then some. I will never shop for appliances anywhere else but Lowe’s. Dominic was amazing at getting us taken care of and the whole team made a wonderful group effort in taking care of my family and making sure we had the option to do what was financially best for us. We are very pleased with the customer service we received today.

    Had to get a new dishwasher yesterday. Wife and I found one we wanted that was advertised but not on display. Employee by the name of Kory(if I remember correctly) located one in stock, checked us out and helped me load it in my truck all with a great attitude and told me it was only his second day on the job. This was the most painless experience I've had purchasing an appliance from a big box retailer. Outstanding job.
