I was searching for a plastic manners reward jar, and while other employee gave me possible locations, I still couldn’t find it. When I asked Maddie, even though she was busy stocking Christmas stockings, she immediately started walking me over to help. The same other employee stopped her to ask what I was looking for, and when I explained, he said, “You’re not going to find it, but you can keep looking,” which I felt was not appropriate to say to a customer. Maddie, however, stayed calm, professional, and collected, and she continued to assist me. She truly went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. Hobby Lobby is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!
