From my 1st call they were very informative and everyone I spoke to was super nice! I was able to move in the same day with 24 hour access. The location is really convenient and I am ecstatic that I found Extra Space in Rowlett. I've needed to go just about every night this week to find something that I accidentally packed up that I can't live without! (I will always need 24/7 access to my stuff!) This place is absolutely perfect for me!!!
