On april 7 I requested service from this Company in Rowlett, Tx to install a remote control key to a Hyundai Elantra 2014 car. The next day a technician came and said that he could not do the work because the car had technical deficiencies and charged $120.00 in advance and would do the job when the car was fixed. I recently requested service from another company and they did the job without difficulty. On April 25 I call the company and explain the situation to a representative (female) and request a refund, she told me that she will call me in 10 minutes and nothing.
On April 28 I call again and explain the case to a representative (male) and she told me that she would consult with the manager and then she would answer me. To date I have not received any response. I do not recommend this place.
En abril 7 solicito servicio de esta Compañia en Rowlett, Tx para instalar llave control remoto a un auto Hyundai Elantra 2014. Al siguiente dia viene un técnico y dijo que no podia hacer el trabajo porque el auto tenia deficiencias técnicas y cobró $120.00 por adelantado y que haría el trabajo cuando se arreglara el auto. Recientemente solicito servicio de otra Compañia y realizó el trabajo sin dificultad. En abril 25 llamo a la compañía y explico la situación a una representante (femenina) y le solicito reembolso, me dijo que me llamaría en 10 minutos y nada.
En abril 28 llamo nuevamente y vuelvo a explicar el caso a un representante (masculino) y el me dijo que consultaría con el manager y luego me respondería. Hasta la fecha no he recibido ninguna respuesta. No recomiendo este lugar.
