    TWIMC: Holly (a 3 yr blue badge on her vest) is the absolute best. My wife and I came in to inquire about our existing order. She cleared up the confusion about the email we received. She contacted the backroom to inquire about our order, and made sure we totally understood what we needed to know to make the rest of the experience smooth. We had great conversation about our business (food truck-Shelby's Rollin' Diner ), and non work related topics as well. It's refreshing to have people give you real conversations, and not treat you as just another transaction. She also signed us up for the Lowes Pro credit card (we were not aware of it). We are happy to find out we can benefit even more from our business purchases at Lowe's. Overall, the ideal experience one would want encounter when frequenting a business.     I recently had hip replacement surgery..3 weeks ago I was released to drive so went to Lowes after pt. I have to use a walker so I asked customer service if they could get someone to assist me as I was using a walker and not supposed to walk long after pt. The elderly cashier I n customer service called someone to help me. Guess what? I was told he would meet me in isle 13. Wow I slowly made my way down and he was close. Asked if he could bring to my car. He did get a cart, and after I purchased, he told me to go get my car and he would wait for me. Couldn't even walk to my car and load. I had to drive to him. Not the customer service a 75 year old woman wants, especially having to use a walker.

    I purchased a new washer recently. I was replacing a very reliable front-loader LG (16+ years). Associate was knowledgeable when I asked about other brands. So went with LG again after considering info from associate about other brands. Somewhere in the purchase process, there was miscommunication between me & the associate where he rang up a dryer also, which I paid for before realizing he had included the dryer I didn't need. Associate was apologetic as I was too. There was no animosity on either him nor I. Problem arose when after removing dryer from my debit card, they're was no way he could hand me a paper receipt showing the removal transaction through no fault of his mishandling the return. It's Lowe's antiquated computer system. We even went up to customer service where they agreed that their system could not print out & give me receipt of the transaction! Customer service associate suggested I take a picture with my phone of the computer screen of return transaction, which I did. But that's insane that their computer system cannot give the customer an in-hand paper receipt. I've never experienced a retail store, restuarant, etc., that doesn't offer you a return receipt. Plus, I couldn't go into my on-line banking app to see if I was credited because they don't issue debit or credit card returns instantly. It takes approximately 48 hours to process those transaction. Other retailers do the same, but that has always angered me, too. The stores instantly removes your money from your account before you can leave the store. But somehow they can't give your money in returns instantly???? Makes no sense. Anyway, this all took place last Saturday. It is now the following Monday 3:00 pm & I still do not have the $950 back in my bank account! I want to make it clear that the associates that worked with me did nothing wrong. They were polite & helpful as they could be. It's their antiquated system at fault!

    I came into the store on a Thursday to order floor that They said would be delivered on Friday so I took off work. Friday morning I get a message saying the floor is quote out for delivery“ and will be delivered between 11 AM and 3 PM so for four hours I was grounded to my house waiting on the floor that never arrived. Neither did a phone call. I gave them until the rest of the day thinking it might still come. The next day I called to inquire and was told they didn’t even have that floor to be able to cut. This does not explain why I got a text message saying it was out for delivery with a specific timeframe. I know that receiving managers check off the deliveries each day, so someone had to have known that this was not going to be delivered and could have given me a phone call with plenty of time to get to work. When I explained my frustration with having lost a full day of work for nothing, they offered a refund. I guess I should mention that I paid cash so in order to receive said refund, I had to drive 45 minutes back to the store to pick it up. To say I am frustrated with the lack of customer service I received from Tim, the Receiving Supervisor, would be an understatement.

    Omg!!!! Marvin & Catherine are Angels I tell ya! I was silently praying for God to help me and lo and behold Marvin asked me if I needed any help. I almost cried! He asked Catherine who was determined to find a creative solution to fix my problem. I had a bad case of short legs on a mop sink!!! They wouldn’t quit until it was solved! Infinity Stars! Most excellent service, kindness and determination. I can’t even right now people. GO TO LOWES ROUND ROCK!!
