  Avoid if you have an emergency. They say they offer 24 hour assistance, but they don't assist in off hours - and they cannot guarantee any sort of timeframe for when they can assist during regular business hours. Called multiple times during the off hours, and then during business hours - each time being told they would let me know the day when a tech get scheduled. Went with a competitor who could show up within 30 minutes.

  I walked in with some spent household fire extinguishers, hoping to replace them with functional ones. At a cost, of course. The staff could not have been more concerned and helpful about accepting the old cannisters for disposal. But the extraordinary thing was they they gave me gratis old but fully pressured and functional replacements that they had lying around and wanted to part with. Staff here have a lot of heart, and I heartily recommend them to all who need fire safety services.

  I took a couple of really old fire extinguishers to attempt to refilling, they said they could do it but because they were so old, one was 19 years, the other around 12, that I would be better off buying a new one because it would be so expensive to recertify. They were very kind and cordial. The only thing I didn't like was that upon initial account creation they want you to give them your name address phone number etc. I like to be anonymous in these days of data collection.
