    Even though their handheld device said they hundreds in stock, the nursery staff couldn't find the plants we were looking for. They also closed the nursery gates 10 or 15 minutes early so we had to go around to the front doors to pay for our plants. Not our best experience.

    Terrible customer service. Sell defective expensive lawn equipment that breaks within 6 months and won't swap it out. Avoid Ego and avoid Lowes. Home Depot would have done it no problem.

    On 2/27/2026 I came into Lowes to purchase a refrigerator. I paid $2121.10 selected the item, PAID for the item, (fridge, wires, installation, and haul away) received an order confirmation email with a delivery date of 3/2/2026 between 8am and 8pm. At 3pm on the 2nd I had not received any call nor delivery so I called lowes. I spoke to Sean who was also the rep that placed my order. I was told they had no order with my number, email or address. finally looking up by order number, I was informed by lowes that their "corporate office" cancelled my order so after 2 hours of back and forth I went back into the local store and spoke to Diego who was supposed to be a manager. he had the WORST customer service i ever seen. I was told I couldn't get the same fridge as it wasn't in stock, then told it couldn't be delivered till the 5th, (i will be out of state) I was offered no discount, no refund, no apology, not even the delivery service fee waived. so to recap; -I paid for an item I did NOT get -I did NOT get my 2112$ back but they swear it will be there within 10 business days -I was offered no discount, no refund, no rush delivery, not even the 60$ delivery fee waived Do NOT do business with this store. they are rude, they are not accommodating and you may not even get the item you paid for or the money back. Sam's club has a better selection, better prices and are very accommodating. if I could id give them 0 stars. A baby complaint has been filed ======== FOLLOW UP ======== After a better business complaint bbb.org I got a call back from Christina. the lowes "remedy" to the situation was to offer me a 10% discount and to wait another 7 full days for delivery. so I get 17 dollars a day for the annoyance of being without a fridge not to mention my food, medication and other perishable gone bad?! thanks but no thanks. even with the "discount" sams is still cheaper. go there you won't be sorry.

    We visited 3 Home Improvement stores until we found this one in Round Rock, TX with a working plywood saw. Cameron was very helpful and friendly even though there was a line of customers with stacks of wood for him to cut. It is good to see these kind of helpful people who really care. Cameron could handle these heavy 3/4 inch plywood sheets like a pro.

    David Wecker was a huge help today! He was really nice and helped me cut multiple pieces of wood with a great attitude! Nice to see that some people still work hard with good customer service that’s honestly hard to come by these days!
