Placed an order from here and received an open package that an employee tried to rubber banded together and think that it would pass off as a working product. This store literally sent me an opened damaged broken item that a human put in a box thinking it was okay. Its trash. The best part is it’s a holiday item that was ordered before the holiday arrived after and can’t be returned. I literally paid for trash that can’t be returned. I called the 800 number and they were crystal clear on the no return policy but the second I asked about the person boxing up a broken item the policy became really unclear Lesson learned. Lowe’s can send you trash, knowing it’s broken(not a manufacturer malfunction that happens after delivery), half assign a repair and sending it to a customer that cannot return it and the focus is not returning it sticking the customer with the bill and not on employees packing and sending knowingly broken stuff.
