- JFJill FullerMar 9, 20211.0Leslie's is an awful company. They test your water and try to sell you products to 'fix' issues. However the fix is actually making your pool chemistry worse. The people in the store are not knowledgeable. They rely on a computer generated report but don't actually realize the generated report is contradictory. Also, the assistant manager Denise L and the manager Richard Hernandez are both very rude and not focused on customer service. I had to call the headquarters to get any support. I do not recommend Leslie's and especially don't recommend this store.
