I recently misplaced my car keys and the lock to the unit. He took time to assist me. Not many managers would do that. I was getting anxious and upset. I was upset with myself for being so absent minded. He stayed calm and searched and searched. After a good while, Rick located my keys and lock! It’s that personal caring and taking time to make sure customers are taken care of and the units are secure that makes the difference. I recommend this facility. It’s secure and clean. Good job Rick. You’re a real asset.
