My rent price went from $45 a month to $95 a month. This happened 3 times, each time my rent was to double. I caught it the first two times and called and the staff had to put a request in to have the rent adjusted to a more reasonable increase ($10 twice). I did not get this letter this time since I moved and was stuck paying $95. I am going to be moving my things before the end of the month.
