  Carlos with Southwest Irrigation came out to look over our entire irrigation system to help diagnose the problems with why our system wasn’t running. First off, they called and were actually able to show up earlier than expected which was great. He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and explained all the issues and resolution very clearly. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Southwest Irrigation.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Southwest Irrigation. I scheduled a service appointment after being told they had great reviews and were one of the best in the area. However, my experience did not reflect that at all. Before doing any real troubleshooting, the technician emphasized how expensive their services are. After a quick assessment, I was quoted $437 to replace a single 1” PVC valve, a part that typically costs under $10. It felt like the $99 service call was simply a way to provide a high quote rather than diagnose the issue thoroughly or offer reasonable repair options. There was little effort to explain the problem in detail or provide alternatives. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before committing to any work with this company. My experience left me feeling like the pricing was excessive and not justified by the work involved.

  This is a follow up to my previous post. Had a question about an alert coming from my smart sprinkler controller after SWIS added a new run. SWIS sent Mr Ed Frazier out to inspect. Awesome service as always! Ed was able to troubleshoot and explained why I didn’t need to worry about the alert. Also wanted to call out Crystal and thank her for the call back. Everyone at SWIS makes it extremely easy to do business with them. 😬

  Had a great experience with SWIS. William came to my house quickly identified the problem, and provided a free quote. It was easy to schedule and Jesus completed the work with no issues and then did a walk through to ensure everything was working properly. In my case, I just had a pool installed and the sprinklers were ripped out. I’m grateful for the good work they did. I had a bad experience with another company quoting the same job. They charged me for quote, seemed confused about what to do, cost was much much higher, and they never provided the quote.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (6/5 Stars) Curtis from Southwest Irrigation Services (SWIS) absolutely exceeded every expectation—this was hands down a 6 out of 5 star experience. He came out for a routine annual sprinkler system check, but what he uncovered went far beyond that. Curtis identified multiple areas where a previous contractor had unknowingly damaged my sprinkler system during another backyard project. What really stood out was how meticulous and thorough he was—he didn’t just fix things and move on. Each time he found an issue, he took the time to walk me through it, clearly explain what happened, and help me properly document the damage. Because of his attention to detail and professionalism, I was able to go back to the previous contractor and get reimbursed for the damages—saving me over $500. That alone speaks volumes about the value Curtis brings. On top of that, he repaired everything on-site quickly and correctly, checking his work each time to make sure everything was running perfectly. Throughout the entire visit, Curtis was courteous, professional, and incredibly patient—even with my kids playing wiffle ball right around him. He handled it all with a great attitude and genuine kindness. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise, integrity, and customer care at this level. Curtis and SWIS have earned a customer for life. Highly recommend. While SWIS is the the cheapest in town, I use the old saying…..If you think hiring a professional is expensive wait till you hire an amateur. vvv
