  I had a need to get my sprinkler system controller replaced along with some other repairs to the heads and nozzles. Curtis Randle was the technician and did a fabulous job. He is very knowledgeable, and totally customer service oriented. He checked and double checked everything. I strongly recommend Southwest Irrigation System to anyone who needs work done in a professional manner.

  Joe was very knowledgeable of the products and what worked best with my current system. He also, was happy to handle my backflow preventer crack that I didn't know I had. He had great customer service and truly seems to enjoy his job.

  I had an estimate for a new irrigation system! Will Clark came to my home! He was punctual and friendly! Gave me an overview of what the system would do and how it would be set up by zones! Told me I would get an estimate by that evening! I received the estimate that evening and I directed several questions in response! Not sure all my questions or concerns were addressed but I assume that was because they were out of his scope as a salesman! I went with Southwest Irrigation based on a neighbors referral! Thought the quote was higher than I wanted and I asked about discounts, etc. but I am assuming your workmanship and equipment are worth paying for in the end! Karen King

  Jesus from Southwest Irrigation did an AMAZING job repairing my irrigation system! He assessed the entire system prior to starting any repairs, and thankfully located an additional leaking pipe which was cracked and critical. After pipe repairs were completed Jesus (and his supervisor) then inspected all the water zones multiple times to ensure the water pressure and replaced sprinkler heads were all properly installed and working correctly. Highly recommend SWIS and this installation team specifically!

  Caleb was prompt, courteous and conducted a very thorough review of my irrigation system. He provided a very detailed analysis along with options to repair and improve the system. I use SWI because the service representatives are knowledgeable and don’t surprise you with a “hard sell” of repairs you don’t really need.
