Today is the second time I ended up just canceling my curbside order and going elsewhere. I made sure to order river rock two days before I actually needed it to give them adequate time to pull it and have it ready. After waiting 20 minutes and checking in for the third time, I received a call telling me it was located in the outdoor garden loading zone and I needed to go there to pick it up. I’ve picked up river rock here before and never had to do that, but it wasn’t a big deal. When I got there, I was informed that it was NOT there and the area was only for sales items. I was sent back to the pickup area where I was told yes, it WAS there and I needed to go back. I told her I had personally looked where she said it was and it was NOT there (two other types of rock were, but not the river rock). She then told me there were three other customers in front of me, but they would need to go pull it and it would be a while before they could get to it. I didn’t have time to waste dealing with people who didn’t do their job, so I canceled the order and will go elsewhere.
