    I’ve spent thousands and thousands at my local Lowe’s over the last half decade and I’m officially done with them! They refuse to make things easy for the customer, if I buy three appliances from my local store I only want to deal with my store but for the last few days I’ve been forced to call other locations to set up delivery all because my items are coming from a different warehouse, not my fault or problem and everyone I get on the phone just keeps bouncing me around to other stores or they hang up on me entirely! I’ll be shopping at Home Depot from now on unless I get things resolved soon and in my favor

    get your employees to do their job i shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes pressing a button to get help. i had to walk up to a cashier who was 10 feet away from where i was in order to get help

    Staff was very dismissive despite me wanting to exchange a defective product that I bought from Lowes, refused to even sell me a display copy despite two other Lowes having no issue doing so. I bought a snowman yard decoration at my local Lowes (Katy location), when I got to assembling it one of the parts was warped and broken. When I returned to buy another snowman and return the broke one it was all sold out, including the display one. It's important to note that this item was also sold out online and wasn't available for pickup either. An employee at the Katy one told me to check this location (Rosenberg) instead and get that one as long as I was okay with it being with the display one. I arrived there and the staff told me they could not sell me the display one for some reason, even when I explained the situation of wanting to exchange that one for my defective one, but they kept refusing to sell and were overall very dismissive to me. I ended up calling the Lowes Sugar Land and they were able to sell me the display copy with no issues, amazing customer service from that location. Overall avoid this location and just take the extra 15 minutes to go to the Sugar Land location instead for a way better time and service.
