    If shopping for appliances stay clear of the Rosenberg Tx location! First most employees know absolutely nothing about appliances there. 2nd the employees don’t have a clue to what’s available you can do the same ordering on line. Thirdly never can get thru via phone. Fourthly can’t get thru to Store manager.. Our in store purchase for Gas Range started the Friday before Presidents’ Day and finally after many calls have gone to store to CANCEL During this entire time not one employee offered “I’m SORRY” what has happened to old fashion courtesy? No customer service !!!!! That store needs HELP in customer service and not just there for a paycheck starting at the top —get out of your closed office and see what your employees are doing

    The two supervisors/managers in store today were both extremely rude. After an incredibly frustrating Lowe’s experience at least the store associates could sympathize and were kind but both of them were simply unkind and delivered the message in a super blunt way with no hint of remorse or being willing to help in any way. The vibe I got was “not my store that said that and not my problem”. Will make a formal complaint. And just to be clear it is not the store policy I am upset about regarding price matching but the forward facing customer service treatment. Literally all of the other associates who told me the same thing said it in a much more considerate and kind way. Only these two were terrible despite it being the same message and somehow they are the most high up. Ridiculous. I edited out the names for this but if corporate sees this and cares to know more, please reach out for details.

    It would be very helpful if everyone on same page as associate very accommodating to find out gas range not even at Lowe’s warehouse and would be 3 weeks to even ? Be shipped by manufacturer! That is almost month from date of purchase. Found this out after 5 days and my store phone call…credit card first payment due before approximate shipping date…So wish for those olden/golden days go in purchase schedule deliver install and back working changing thus review 2/26/2026 to O. Do not trust this company for your purchase!!After all this time without range have received email probably Ai Out of Stock and no idea when or if product ever available! WHAT A WASTE of TIME. Where is Customer service….. never never again over month different story with every call forget trying to deal with store manager as they must not exist

    Not so pleasant visit today, 13 Feb 2026, at 9:30 am. Went in to get a sliding cabinet organizer for my pots and pans. The one I wanted was available, but it was open and box visibly damaged. I went through self checkout but decided to ask the lady working there if items in this condition typically have all the parts, since it was put back onto the shelf. She was helpful and said if you take it to customer service they can answer that and may be able to give an open box discount. I went to customer service and the young lady there right away acted as if I was bothering her. I told her what the other employees said about the box and potential discount. She seemed confused and annoyed. She called someone and asked if there was such a discount. Apparently there isn't. So I said thats fine, but do you know if Lowes ensures that all the pieces are intact before re-shelving? She gave me bothered look and said you can open it up and see if all the parts are there! Not sure who would do that while other customers are waiting to be helped. So I said no, Im not doing that. Looking bothered again, she said ok fine, and had a look of Im done with you. So, I did not buy this $200 item and will go else where. I did not raise my voice with this lady, and neither did she. However, her body language and lack of helpfulness said alot. Bottom line, if you dont like your job, find something else. Maybe one that doesn't deal with customers.
