- KWKathleen WashponFeb 22, 20225.0Great store and plans. They sometimes are a little slow on getting out of stock products. February 15, 2022 I was approved and provided a used laptop that looked new after all files was deleted of the previous owner. On Friday, August 5, 2020, I ended my work on the laptop around 11:30 pm an closed the laptop for the night. The following day, Saturday, August 6, 2022, I went to turn on the laptop deciding if I would be listening to a podcast or favorite singer and found the process of opening the laptop a bit difficult, as I attempted to adjust the screen for viewing when upon examining the cause of the stiffness in opening the laptop I found that the right corner of the laptop had cracked open and was causing difficulty opening and closing of the laptop. While running errands on this Saturday, I stop at the local center to make the monthly payment and to inform the staff of the new condition of the laptop for which I had no idea how the laptop became that way since Friday night and Saturday morning. The Aaron store representative informed me to bring in the laptop for the store manager to assess and make a decision being the the manager was out to lunch at that moment. I promise to return with the laptop on the following Monday. I will repost the following results after Monday's visit and assessment of the now broken laptop.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
