- RRRicky RayMay 21, 20221.0The absolute worst service of anything I’ve ever used. Took their sweet time to get to us even after we told them that we have a 1 year old out in the cold. 2.5 hours!!! I’ve never left a review but after we were told “our technician is on his way and will be there soon” and then an hour later we we got a call from a tech that said “I’m about to leave. It’ll be 25-30 minutes.” And here we are an hour later and still waiting; yeah, time to leave my first review. Wretched company. Don’t use!!!!
