- LWLaura wichertJun 26, 20241.0I recently went to Leslie’s bc my pool motor went out. I kept a receipt and showed them the info. They issued me another Lori from Arizona. The manufacture date was 11/18/2023 ( 7 months ago. Now my pool motor has issues again . So I looked back on my product and kept the box come to find out the products are manufactured in Mexico so they making bank off us by purchasing cheap products out of Mexico and now won’t issue me warranty after letting me know they off warrant for a year. Now he won’t give me warranty on product since we got it in December 2023 . I have photos of box n product that states manufactured November 18/2023. So now they placing blame on “ my water” I have a Poolman that comes weekly to maintain my pool and now when I went in I had already taken the motor off two weeks ago bf we left town and asked for pool sample which of.c will be bad because there nothing running the pool. And I was gone for a week. And motor was already off. On the motor even water had gotten into the system which it shouldn’t do bc had a lid. So obviously a malfunction if product and now won’t issue me another poor since we got in in December . But from Amazon it’s cheaper better warrant and not made in Mexico ! They’re a scam company making bank off American ppl. This was not the first time I had issues w them they didn’t even have my history info in their system. Please keep all receipts n photos of your process’s you won’t get nothing from them . I have photo of box Jaccizzi made in Mexico. Doo not buy from them ! Or hire their workers. They charge high prices for cheap products n non licensed employees . Buy from Amazon prices are cheaper n good warranty!
