I needed to divide my units (they were coupled due to size) to reduce my payment until I can fully move out. So technically you pay for the entire month and you do not have access to the space. It’s hidden in the contract.

The facilities are very clean and I feel safe no matter the time of day. I would, however, recommend the facilities be walked to ensure all lights in the hallways work at all times. - MEmark ellerbeOct 15, 20255.0Tim was awesome which is exactly the reason I left Public Storage right down the road from this Extra Space Storage location on Grand Parkway in Richmond, Tx…Kim, manager at PS, promised to help me with the ridiculous amount of rental increase of my unit after being a customer for 6 years and she NEVER called back, so I changed Storage companies. Just ran in to the exact same situation with Extra Space, called Tim, he was tied up but promised to call me back in 15-20 minutes, which is exactly what he did and he went as far as to reduce the rent so that the increase was not so exorbitant. This is the true definition of customer service and wanting to keep your customer satisfied which I appreciate immensely. Loyalty goes a long ways For all parties concerned.
