    If I could give them Zero star I would. I Attempted to return my items that I no longer wanted with the receipt. The receipt was a little worn, but all the details of the transaction was there. The assistant manager Emily chose not to do my return. She said if I don’t have an email reciept it’s couldn’t be returned. I never used my email when I make purchases there. I called the police they were not able to help. I will be contacting corporate and any and everybody else I can to let them know about the matter. I am 😡 quick to sell but slow to return.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
