  Marco came out to my pool in Richardson to track down a leak I’d been stressing over. He was professional, thorough and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how my system works.   FINALLY! A pool company that actually listens, communicates and delivers top-notch service. I was nervous about getting my pool repaired but Cody, the leak detection technician, made everything so easy. He thoroughly inspected my pool, explained exactly what was going on and pinpointed the leak quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the results-my pool is perfect and the leak is completely fixed. If Google had a 10-star rating, I’d give them 11! Thank you, Cody and the team. If you’re in Richardson and need pool repairs, this is the company to call-I HIGHLY recommend them

  I was wasting money on water not knowing that the pool was to blame a family friend referred me this one business. So I gave them a call and they sent Cody who found the problem, got it fixed and ima just say it was free compared to what I was spending in the increase in water bill.   I recently used Mr. Pool Leak and Repair in Richardson after noticing my pool level dropping faster than normal and some soggy spots near the deck. Mary handled the scheduling and was friendly and quick to get me on the calendar. Justin came out for the leak detection and was very methodical, explaining each step so I understood what he was looking for. The issue ended up being in a return line, and the repair was completed without any hassle. Everything has been holding steady since, and I feel relieved to have it resolved. Solid experience overall and I’d gladly use them again.
