Usually go to different location but I stopped in here because it’s close to my work. I was greeted and asked if I could be helped with anything while doing my last minute gift search by 2 different friendly employees. I was shocked. The other location I go to I usually get ignored and have even been told “I dunno. Go ask someone else they may know. This isn’t my section” I’ll never ever go to another Lowe’s but this Richardson location again! Thank yall so much!

I've dealt with this location twice, and both times have been horrible and have cost me money for NOTHING.
Last year, bought a clearance garland online that stated in the product headline it was for outdoor use. When I went to pick it up, I saw on its packaging it was only indoor rated. I tried to return due to false advertising, as I bought specifically for outdoor use, and the associate just kept repeating "final sale" as if that was an appropriate answer. I asked for a gift card for its value - SOMETHING - since I couldn't use it. Nothing. I ended up donating it, since I could not use it.
Fast forward to this weekend when I ordered a delivery for firewood, as while I've avoided this location since then, it was the only one nearby with it in stock. Got 5+ automatic text notifications it was on its way, and I had added specific delivery instructions to make it easy, plus my cell phone number. Never got a call or text from the driver. I got a refund notification instead. They had the nerve to keep the delivery fee when there was no indication delivery was even attempted, especially since I had been at home anticipating the delivery.
I called Lowe's customer service (national support), and they couldn't even get a hold of the manager to find out what happened and why my delivery was refunded without explanation.
I normally love Lowe's, but I will never shop at this location again, even if that means going to a competitor to find what I'm looking for in stock. Horrible.

They never have any carts in the lumber section. Ever. Not a single time have I been here and not had to walk out into the parking lot myself to find a lumber cart. The workers here are lazy and the managers obviously dont hold things to standard. I go to lowes at least once a day, and I absolutely hate co.ing to this lowes
