- BBBarbaraNov 15, 20255.05 🌟 is because of where I rented in Richardson Tx on beltline between plano and garland rd so the Manger there Donna S she goes above and beyond so let me give you a little bit of back story some of you are current extra storage nuts with charges within 3mos raising cost another 3mos at it again some one broke into my unit I had to drive 2hrs to address the issue the employee that was there was truly a awful man he refused to replace my lock mindyou I was so upset I was robbed and you wanted me to buy another 22.00 lock well fast forward I called corporate to complain about that staff member nothing happened was getting the run around I waited called back to the storge location until I talked to Donna but guess what it wasn't even a week later raising my rent again i call Donna i kept calling until i reached her I'm the customer she would call me with updates on the action if it wasn't for her I would have move my things a long time ago so I hope that this company realizes good management is hard to come by when you lose customers you loose money the consumer is the key please know this Manger was so nice from day one,respectful, listen to me vent about my unit getting broken into the end results I was happy I would only deal with her because of her professionalism so keep up the good work Ms Donna grateful for you company's need to understand management can make it brake a company she's the best..
