- JWJustyn WolfApr 3, 20261.0Manager, Ken, is extremely and unnecessarily rude to customers. I tried to return an unused product that was opened because the instructions were on the inside. Based on the information only listed on the inside (meaning you need to open the package to see how it will work) it became clear that it was not going to work for my project. For being a manager of a Christian company, I was surprised that he had a very sassy attitude, laughed in my face and explained he can’t resell it even though it’s not used and I had the packaging with me. Well Ken, no worries, you can keep my $7. I will be sure to spend my money at Michael’s (who you share a plaza with) going forward. Have the day you deserve.

- LHLindsey HernandezMar 19, 20261.0The older lady with glasses in dressier attire (dark hair in a low bun, manager maybe) was extremely rude to my daughter and me while she was sitting by the t shirts as I was looking to purchase a large heat press hat and patches order. I spend a ton of money here for our business every week and have never felt uncomfortable until today. She was very rude to my daughter (who just turned 5) for sitting on the lower shelf by the t shirts. She also told her not to play in the tees, even though she was not. She wasn’t playing with them, messing anything up, or being loud. My kids are extremely well behaved and I hold them to a high standard. I told her I was sorry and she said “ok” and walked off into the back room. It was super embarrassing, uncalled for, and condescending. I will be going to the McKinney hobby lobby from now on. The other employees have been great and I have never seen her before.
