- AMApril MarlowFeb 23, 20231.0I called this business yesterday when I locked my keys in my truck. I wasn't sure of my exact address due to being from out of town. While trying to explain my location several times and stating that I was in a parking lot on 289 in front of the AT&T store with the building numbers 1101 on it, the man on the phone asked me repeatedly to spell AT&T. I finally hung up after he clearly could not understand my need for help. I chose another local, family owned business that helped me in under 5 minutes... and knew where I was by my exact description I gave the first three times to this business. Never again.

Could have been user error :). Either way kinks to work out for non-regular users for the unmanned kiosk.
