Customer service here is beyond terrible! This evening we came in to get scheduled for roller blinds to be installed in our bedroom. Romi had us wait for her for over 20 minutes. And the crazy part is her title is “supervisor”. I think you all have to really reevaluate because she has no idea what she is doing and the language barrier is beyond frustrating! For being a supervisor, she really doesn’t know how to navigate around in trying to help customers for BASIC needs. We walked away and told her we aren’t wasting anymore of our time. Good job Lowe’s…. Let’s get supervisors that actually can get things done and speak English.
