  Overall, my experience has been positive; however, recently there have been frequent power outages—occurring as often as twice a week. I currently rent two units for business purposes, and these outages have created operational issues. Without power, the access gate does not open, which prevents me from loading early in the day. Additionally, the office does not open until 9:30 AM, causing further delays. If you are considering renting here, it’s important to be aware of these ongoing power-related disruptions.

  While looking at storage unit spaces I stopped in this business. Joshua went above and beyond showing me different unit sizes. The climate controlled is very clean, well lit and secure. I'd absolutely recommend renting a unit here if you are in need of storage.

  I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage on 1314! I was in the middle of moving and needed to find a unit quickly that was close to my parents’ house, and Lori made the entire process so easy. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and really took the time to make sure I found the right unit for my needs. Customer service like hers is hard to find—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me during a stressful time. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, which made everything even better. I highly recommend this location, and if you can, ask for Lori—she’s amazing!
