    Worst management! Good thing the patio area is next to customer service because I over two hours for a dryer. Another couple came and sat there also, they had been there earlier, left, then came back. I wished them luck! After waiting that long I still had to give them my name and ID to make sure of who was picking up the order. I asked why they didn’t do that during the two hours I had waited. So the kid helping me said he had been there at 6am. The customer service person said around 10 they went to lunch. So at 10 when the store opens and people show up the employees are sent to lunch so customers have to wait to get their orders filled? A lady told me the guys who get the stuff from the back were unloading trucks or on lunch. The workers were nice.

    My husband and I went to Lowe’s in Port Arthur to buy a faucet for our shower/tub. Could not find ANY help! Asked another Lowe’s employee for help they said they would call someone since they don’t work in the bath department. Waited over 30 minutes and nobody showed up. I finally found a very helpful young man named Ty’Shawn who also didn’t work in that department but was willing to help me out! While he and I were trying to figure out what I needed 3 other customers who had also been waiting over 30 minutes bombarded Ty’Shawn for help and he tried SO HARD to help everyone out! Nobody else came to help! No managers to be found! I wish Lowe’s would hire more people like Ty’Shawn who is willing to help people out even if it’s “not his department” like the other Lowe’s employees said! Thank you SO MUCH Ty’Shawn you are the best! They need to give you a raise! By the way my husband started trying to help customers find what they needed and customers asked my husband if he would like a part time job at Lowe’s!

    Stores clean, nice place to pick up what you need for most medium to small projects.. I usually use this store when I get bored and want to find something to do. I'll walk around looking for ideas, staff is hit and miss on who's going to help you in a timely manner. Other than that you will usually have a descent shopping experience here

    I wish I could say better but this place in recent years has been let down after let down. Im currently sitting in curbside pickup for over 20 minutes. App wouldnt work for checkin had to call to a phone nobody answered and kept ringing for 10 minutes.

    Don’t order appliances. We had 4 seperate days our dishwasher was supposed to be delivered no one ever came or reached out. When we asked in store they said there was nothing they could do cause the installer didn’t confirm even though we got the days from them. We were just supposed to sit around every Tuesday and Thursday praying with no update in sight. Called corporate and they basically said the same thing. To just wait and they would deliver whenever they delivered. Ordered from Home Depot and we got our items the first scheduled delivery. They also overcharged us for a blackstone that was labeled right above it but they made it right. Just check your receipts.
