- BJBethany JacobsJan 29, 20241.0This is the first time I have ever had a complaint with the MinuteKey service. I had keys cut yesterday and the keys dont' work. They don't even fit in the lock. Usually, if the machine can't match the key with an appropriate blank, for whatever reason, the machine will say that and reject the task. This time, it didn't indicate an issue and cut the keys on a blank that was not the correct size. I'm very dissapointed that I spent my money and now have 3 keys that dont work.
