Unreliable & Unprofessional. Ordered Same Day delivery. Waited for my product until 8pm, they changed it to the next day with a 12 hour delivery window. Somehow, 12 hrs isn't feasible for Lowe's to deliver my items, as they just rescheduled my "Same Day Delivery" for a second time. It will now be 3 Days for me to get a delivery from my local store that is 15 minutes away. That is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that I can get Cross-Country deliveries quicker and more efficiently than Lowe's can manage to drop off my order 15 minutes down the road. Lowe's does not place any value on their customer's time at all. Absolutely Classless. I called & spoke with a Representative earlier in the afternoon & was assured that my order was being loaded "as we speak", & I was told to "just be patient". 4 hrs later I get a notice that they rescheduled my delivery again!

Lowes curbside is non existent I placed a 3 item order at 8am and understood it would be ready in 3-4 hours but I never received confirmation that it was ready, after waiting 7 hours I figure go up there and see why my order was delayed. I go in and one of the workers point to pick up which I had curbside. So I meet with Jesus and he tells they been busy and couldn't get to it .So he goes and grabs the items which does not take him long but he pushes them toward me in a rolling cart and walks away. So I stand there confused because I had Curbside and asked if he could assist with the potting soil and other items he looks at me and laughs along with another female in a disrespectful manner. Customer Service here at this establishment is a joke to these employees at this location very unprofessional. I will not be ordering pick up or curbside or shopping here again thanks for the horrible experience.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
