I live in north Garland area. I placed an order for delivery and it came from this store. I ordered one simple display shelf. From Rubbermaid. Prefinished from the manufacturer. The person that pulled my order decided to pull one that was less than perfect. I have a shelf with chipped edges and corners.
And now I have to go to a store to do a return. I paid for a delivery and have to make a trip myself as well to get what I want. When I called to complain to the store, there were unable to find a manager who was able to speak to me. Hopefully, Mr Brooks will see this review since he was too busy for a phone chat.
This is why I do business with the Lowe's closest to my house, and hint, it is not the one actually in Garland. Richardson East is great.

I was in the store the morning (9am) of 3/15. I was waiting in the lumber dept for 20 mins for an associate to come by, help or just acknowledge I was there. There was a lumber associate one aisle away from where I had been waiting. Who made eye contact with me but continued on a personal phone call the entire time I was there. I called the store from My cell phone while waiting, that individual picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back, they did the same thing. Then a store meeting was announced for the morning associates, that person got up and walked away. Poor poor service. Shame on you Lowes.

Today I walked into Lowes and ran into Brian. I was looking for a few items for some outside work. He actually cared about my needs for what I needed. He helped me find everything I needed. I also had some questions regarding flooring and he qalked me over to the flooring department and walked me through everything I needed as a DIY customer. I highly recommend Brian for everything you need at Lowe's because we walked all over the store. Its hard to find good help but I'm glad I found Brian. Very knowledgeable and understanding to what I was looking for and I will be back and I hope he is there. 5 Stars for Brian and the Young lady at the customer service for helping me have an amazing experience.
