  I went here for birthday decorations for a pink girl theme and I must say their items were so amazing, so much to choose from and very reasonable prices. The cutomer service on the other end wasn't that great but I loved their products so I will always shop here from now on.

  All hobby related things that you should do or want. From painting to drawing to making art and home improvement projects and gardening or games or pool or other hobbies from ceramic to furniture to wood to. Clothing to cooking . Fantastic for spending time with family or friends picking stuff for work or party parties.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Hobby Lobby location that has completely changed how I feel about shopping here all because of the store manager GREG. I came in simply to return an item and explained that, during my original visit near closing, I had been overcharged. The item in question was only 99 cents, but I was charged $2–$3 more because it was not scanned correctly. When I brought this to the clerk’s attention during my return, the issue should have been simple and straightforward. Instead, the interaction quickly became frustrating. The clerk called over a manager, and rather than acknowledging the clear mistake made by their staff or offering even a basic apology for the overcharge, the manager came across as dismissive and assumed I was trying to ask for more money. He stated I should’ve brought all my items back. Not sure how that makes sense but okay buddy. I told him I created a bouquet and returning the pieces. I was simply returning an item and addressing an error on their end. They overcharged me due to their incompetence and how fast the first clerk was counting. PLEASE START SCANNING EACH PIECE INDIVIDUALLY BECAUSE CLEARLY SHE WAS IN A RUSH TO LEAVE WORK AND COUNTED INCORRECTLY. What was most disappointing was the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect, especially when I was already being reasonable and understanding about their mistake. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression, and I will not be returning to this store.
