My husband and I came in yesterday (04/08) to get the gate code to our new unit, and the lead, Michael P. was extremely helpful! Not only was he knowledgeable and very detail-oriented, he even went the extra mile of taking us directly to our new unit and made sure we were comfortable operating the lock system before heading back to the office. That type of professionalism and kindness is very rare these days. We are new to the Plano area and are so glad we picked this location to store our extra things. Thank you so much again Michael!!
