I just drove almost an hour for an in store pick up of chairs that someone on the phone told me was processed in the back and almost ready for pick up. When I arrived the manager told me that they were in the back, but they were backed up and could not get to them today. These were for thanksgiving and we have family coming in this evening. No help, no attempt to make it right.
