This place is absolutely horrible. Don’t try and bring your cleaner here that you didn’t buy here; the mom and Pop shopped they bought out, would clean my cleaner.

I went there looking for a part for my filter and the G.M. was not the friendliest guy. He was a little bit condescending to say the least and not very helpful. I would recommend going to Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa across the street; much better staff and selection.

Cannot get connected to anybody local. Philippines is their contact. They give price guys come then charge more. A ghost number will set follow up appts with no consideration of customer's schedule. Try getting ahold of them only to be placed on LONG HOLD...NO ANSWER THEN!! Last guy for filter clean was a joke. Did not follow thru with complete job. Suggest find a reputable pool guy already working in your own neighborhood.

I just got off the phone with Tom at the store on the Bush Tollway between Custer and Alma. He could retire the trophy for rudest SOB in retail. I've been a customer of that store for eight plus years, but no more. And Leslie's -- you can kiss my business goodbye too.
