- BLben loganSep 6, 20251.0Dropped my pool robot off 3 weeks ago for a tune up. Last week I stopped by the store and the clerk said they have been busy but he would ensure my ticket was next and it would be done by Monday. Stopped in today (Sept 6th @noon) to an empty store and was told it had not been completed. I believe the guy working was the store manager. He did not seem to care that my robot had been on the shelf waiting for repairs for 3 weeks, nor did he offer a solution or even an apology for the delays. I retrieved my pool cleaner and promptly drove across the street to the newly opened Pinch A Penny Pool store and was warmly greeted by a gentleman that said they would get the unit tuned up and seemed to appreciate my business. HIGHLY recommend Pinch A Penny Pool of Murphy. HIGHLY recommend you AVOID Lesile's of Murphy because they just don't care. Read the other reviews!
