Cashier didn’t smile once and I made an awkward attempt to break the ice by asking if she was almost out to which she sarcastically responded “out of where”. Hmm ok. Then we’re putting our coats on when an employee runs out while holding the door for others and asks if we bought a key chain. I clearly responded no but she went on to ask if one of my kids grabbed it and just put it down. We said no. She still stood there and blabbered some more while staring and waiting for us to say something different. I was about to tell her are you trying to ask me if I want it cause she had me so confused. Excuse me, but my family and I felt targeted and uncomfortable. Overall a very bad customer experience. I’ll try the other Hobby Lobby next time.
