First, let me just say that manager Jonathon basically begs for reviewsâŚ.15 minutes of me being there signing my rental agreement and heâs asking me to write a good review of the rental process. Not a very good look right off the bat. How about let me rent from you for a month or so then ask for a review. Seemed to me like they need those âgoodâ reviews to offset the TRUTHFUL, terrible 1âď¸ reviews ( Iâm sure that have been disputed by Extra Space Storage and deleted by Google) hence why their rating is 4.9 (actually comical!!!) Do yourself a favor and read up on their BBB reviews. Management at Spring Creek location was shady and management at the Coit location also very shady. A couple of pretty major issues came up and I was told by both locations that they do not have âDistrict managers or Corporate officesâ when I needed to address issues that definitely were not being handled correctly by the on site managers. This entire company is a joke. I rented my unit for the online price of $71 and my first month bill they were trying to charge me $184!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!! Very sketchy people. Donât waste your money on this crooked company.
