    I enjoy the lg couch pillows. Most recently I purchased the hookless shower curtain. It took 2min to put it in. I was pleasently surprised. Cust service reps were extremely helpful and made sure I got everything I needed.

    This is a nice and organized AtHome location with a good selection of items. The employees are helpful. Shree in particular is such a positive presence every time we shop. She always provides exceptional service with a smile on her face!

    I came in this afternoon for some patio furniture, found the display of what i was looking for, but not the actual box of it. I decided to let it go, until a very kind staff member CURT saw me shopping and asked me if i needed any assistance finding anything. Actually yes! I showed him the picture of the patio furniture I was looking for and he did not stop until we found it!! He checked the back, other displays, and was even willing to help get me the one on display if a manager allowed it. thankfully another team member (didn’t catch his name) found the box of it while we were about to get the display one down, but I was so impressed that Curt went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and gave me stellar customer service. Shree at the register was SO sweet and also super helpful in looking up if the patio furniture was in stock. I was super impressed at the guest service at this store!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
