    Although I love this store I will no longer be visiting this location. I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at your store today, and I feel I was treated completely unfairly by one of your associates. While shopping, my two-year-old fell asleep for about half hour on one of the display pillows. I completely understand store policies and would have respected any polite request to remove the pillow or even pay for it if necessary. However, instead of handling the situation professionally or with any understanding, the associate was extremely rude and confrontational. She raised her voice, told me that she now had to throw the pillow away and couldn’t sell it, and went as far as to threaten to call the police on me—over a small child simply falling asleep. That kind of behavior was completely unnecessary and humiliating. As a paying customer and a parent, I expected basic respect and empathy, not hostility and threats. I left the store feeling embarrassed and upset, and this experience has really changed my view of your business. I truly hope management addresses this issue and provides better training on how to handle situations with professionalism and compassion. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially in front of their child.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
