  We found Joe and Dirty Ducks for air duct largely based on Reviews. Then I met Joe. Then Joe and helper did the work. AWESOME! After meeting Joe and receiving his quote I sensed Joe was a good, honest guy. He showed up on time. He and helper were focused and got the jobs done, and cleaned up faster than expected for our units. Joe made doing business easy! Unlike how so many other business leaders make me feel these days… Joe IS a good and honest guy!

  I am extremely unhappy with Dirty Ducks No More & Dryer Vent. They came for dryer vent cleaning but left the job half done. There is still so much lint inside the vent that our dryer is taking double the time to dry clothes and it smells like something is burning every time we use it.The technicians were careless, they spilled dust all over my carpet and didn’t even clean it up. When I complained, they said “this is normal”. Worst service ever. Never hiring them again.

  Do not waste your money on Dirty Ducks No More & Dryer Vent. This is the worst service I have ever received. They came to clean our dryer vent and air ducts but did a terrible job. The technicians were rude and in a big hurry. They barely cleaned anything and left a huge mess all over the floor and furniture.After they left, our dryer was still taking forever to dry clothes and there was still a strong burning smell. When I checked the vents, there was still thick dust and lint coming out. They clearly didn’t do any proper cleaning.I called them to complain and they argued with me instead of offering a solution. Complete waste of time and money. I regret choosing this company. Stay away from Dirty Ducks No More & Dryer Vent if you value your home and your time.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Dirty Ducks No More & Dryer Vent. The service felt rushed and not very professional from the start. I expected a proper, detailed cleaning, but it didn’t seem like much effort was put in. After they finished, I didn’t notice any real difference, which was frustrating. Communication was also lacking, and I didn’t get clear answers to my questions. For the price I paid, it honestly felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

  We had a dryer stop working recently and our new dryer was giving us warning messages that the dryer vent was clogged. I tried to clean the vent out myself but figured out quickly, I need help getting this done to make sure my new dryer doesn't get messed up. Joe responded quickly to my request and got the vent cleaned out thoroughly within the next couple of days. He made sure the problem was resolved before leaving and came back again without an extra charge when the error message came back and helped us figure out why the nessage was still appearing, which turned out to be unrelated to the vent. Joe then followed up weeks later to make sure we are not having any additional issues, which was completely unexpected and exceptional service. I can't recommend Dirty Ducks enough. Save your dryer! Call them today!
